Making profits when market is trading sideways

There are two different strategies that can be acquired on Hegic to make profits in low volatility situations:

  • (Inversion strategy)

  • (Inversion strategy)

Most important things to know about low volatility option strategies:

  1. Make profits when market volatility is low

  2. Immediately in-the-money (in profits) after purchasing a strategy

  3. P&L for low volatility one-click option strategies is distributed automatically

Keep in mind that with these new one-click option strategies you will have to wait until expiration to make a profit (if any). You won’t be able to change the parameters of the active strategy or exercise it before the expiration.
